Lavezzi Exchange & Refund Policy

At Lavezzi, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days & refunds within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Exchange or Refund
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:

1. Time Frame: Requests must be made for exchanges within 14 days & refunds within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer any exchanges or refunds.
2. Condition of the Product: The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
3. Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible.
4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may be excluded from exchanges or refunds for hygiene reasons (e.g., intimates, jewelry, or other products that are deemed non-returnable for health and safety).

How to Request an Exchange or Refund
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please follow these steps:

2. Do Not Use the Product: Please do not use or wear the product, and ensure the tags remain intact until the exchange or return is processed.
3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets our eligibility criteria. If the product is deemed ineligible for a return or exchange, we will notify you accordingly.

Exchanges
If your return is eligible for an exchange, we will process the exchange for a product of the same design and color, subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, you will be offered store credit equal to the value of the item for future use.

Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the original payment method used to place the order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

1. Defective or Wrong Items: If the item you received is defective or not the item you ordered, we will provide an exchange or refund, regardless of whether the item has been opened or tried on. Please contact us within 14 days if you have received a defective or incorrect product.
2. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the item reaches us.
3. Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange or refund, provided they meet the above conditions.
