How to Wash and Care for My Lavezzi Scarves or Qaftans?

Cleaning:
Kindly check the wash instructions listed on the product page of each scarf or caftan.

  • Spot Cleaning: If spot cleaning is needed, make sure to wash only the specific area intended. Ensure that differently colored parts of the scarf do not touch each other while wet to avoid color transfer.

  • Hand Wash Instructions:

    • Always wash each scarf individually.
    • Use cool water and a mild soap, such as Downy. Avoid bleach or harsh detergents like Persil Gel.
    • Do not soak the scarf.
    • Wash under running water, not in a full sink.
    • Gently squeeze the scarf (do not scrub or wring it!).
    • Lay the scarf flat to dry—do not hang to preserve its shape.
    • Color Transfer Warning: Laying the scarf flat helps prevent different colored parts from touching each other while wet (this is especially important for Ombre and deep-dyed scarves).

Ironing:
Iron your scarf on low heat, and it’s best to place a cloth between the scarf and the iron to protect the fabric.

Care:
Avoid using pins on your scarves, as they can snag and leave marks. Instead, use magnetic pins or wrap the scarf loosely.

These are universal recommendations for delicate scarves.

What Are the Delivery Charges for Orders from the Online Shop?

Within Egypt:

  • Cairo: 50 LE
  • Alexandria: 70 LE
  • Delta and Canal: 70 LE

 

How Long Will Delivery Take?

  • Domestic Deliveries (Egypt): Delivery within Egypt typically takes 2-3 working days, depending on the current workload.

 


What Exactly Happens After Ordering?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed and completed in our system, after which it will be dispatched. Please note that once an order has been completed, no changes can be made.
